Dr. Petrissa Eckle

Petrissa led the Sustainability in Business Lab (sus.lab) at ETH Zurich in Prof. Hoffmann’s Group for Sustainability and Technology (SusTec).

Prior to her role at external pagesus.lab, Petrissa worked for 5 years in management consulting at DownloadMcKinsey&Company and DownloadQuantumBlack, with a focus on innovation and big data/analytics in power generation and other asset heavy industries, driving problem solving and leading teams in complex, multi-stakeholder situations across Europe, Middle East, the US and Africa.

Her academic background is in energy/sustainability from 3 years of postdoctoral research at DownloadPaul-Scherrer-Institute, analyzing risks of energy systems for sustainability assessments of current and future energy technologies and developing stakeholder decision tools for the energy transformation.

Petrissa holds a PhD in experimental Physics (DownloadQuantum Optics) from ETH, for which she received the ETH Medal. Selected first author publications include:
