Dr. Simon Sinsel

Simon was a senior researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and a consultant at the World Bank. At SusTec, he investigated the drivers and dynamics of innovation in the mobility and the power sectors. Simon holds a PhD in Management from ETH Zurich as well as a degree in Business Engineering (Dipl.-Wi.-Ing.) from the University of Flensburg where he studied Energy and Environmental Management.

Prior to joining SusTec, Simon completed the Siemens Graduate Program and worked for two years as Sales Manager for complex power transmission solutions in the US. Simon is a member of several expert communities of the World Economic Forum and a member of the Think Tank 30 under the German Section of the Club of Rome.
