Dr. Matthias Kuss

Matthias Kuss conducted his doctorate studies at Prof. Hoffmann’s Chair for Sustainability and Technology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH) from 2006 until 2009.

Matthias holds a diploma in physics from the Albert Ludwig’s University of Freiburg im Breisgau. The theoretical focus during his studies was on nanoscale physics and semiconductors. His diploma thesis with the Carl Zeiss SMT AG aimed at future effects in enhanced optical components needed for production of nanoscale devices in the microchip-industry.
