Dr. Joern Huenteler

Joern joined Sustec for his MSc thesis in September 2010 and stayed on for his PhD (2011-2015). In his doctoral dissertation, "Creating Markets for Energy Innovations: Case Studies on Policy Design and Impact", he examined how technology characteristics affect the impact of technology policies in the energy sector, focusing particularly on wind power and solar PV.

After Joern left SusTec he joined the World Bank Group in Washington, DC.
