Dr. David Sprengel

David Sprengel is a German citizen born in Sindelfingen, Germany and grew up in the UK, France and Germany.
He stayed at Prof. Volker Hoffmann's Chair for Sustainability and Technology from 2006 to 2009 for his doctoral studies, which he successfully completed with a dissertation entitled "Corporate strategies in response to direct and indirect effects of climate change".
Prior to working at SusTec, David studied business administration at the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) in Koblenz, Germany, from which he graduated with a Master of Science in Business.
From 2004-2006, David worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Munich, where he rejoined after finishing his doctorate.
