Thomas Guerber

Thomas joined SusTec in 2020 for his Master's thesis in collaboration with Wüest Partner AG He will assess how optimal building retrofitting decisions are impacted by real estate valuation and policy considerations.

Thomas holds a BSc in Architecture from ETH Zurich. Before he started his Master’s degree in Integrated Building Systems, he gained first working experience at Wüest Partner AG. During this internship, he was involved in a large number of consulting mandates, learning a lot about the field of real estate valuation. In his leisure time, Thomas likes to produce his own electronic music pieces. When spending time out in the nature, it will be sailing on the ocean or skiing in the Alps.
