Carmen Haas

Carmen Haas conducted her master's thesis at the Group of Sustainability and Technology in 2006. The emphasis of her courses in Lueneburg, at the University Rennes I, France and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich was on Sustainability Management and Environmental Chemistry.

She gained practical experience amongst others at GKSS Research Centre, Geesthacht, Germany, and Bilim Pharmaceuticals, a Turkish pharmaceutical manufacturer. In her diploma thesis, Carmen Haas, following a life cycle perspective, developed a framework for companies to determine and quantify their company specific carbon exposure. After finishing her diploma thesis Carmen was a research associate in our research group till August 2007.
