Michael Petersen
Michael Petersen has joined Prof. Hoffmann's Group for Sustainability and Technology in November 2015. In his master thesis, he investigated the impact of organizational change on the process of technological innovation in the sector for energy efficient building technologies.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts’ degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He is currently enrolled in the master’s program for Business Administration at the University of Zurich, focussing on quantitative methods in managerial problem solving, innovation management and theories of the firm.
Prior to joining SusTec, Michael has worked as an assistant in technology transfer at Disney Research Zurich from February 2013 to September 2015. During that time he also contributed to the research project “MOSAIC 2B” on mobile empowerment from the EU 7th Framework Programme. He further worked as a teaching assistant in Corporate Finance at the University of Zurich and gained experience during a 3 month internship in controlling at Inficon AG.h
