Our PhD candidate Ricarda Fieber has joined the Scientists' Coalition for an Effective Plastics Treaty. Ricarda attended the second and third session of the UN Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution and will also take part at the fourth session (INC-4) in Ottawa starting in less than three weeks. She is eager to contribute scientific research to aid the transition towards a safe and sustainable circular economy.
