SusTec welcomes Sophie Führer as new project manager at sus.lab
Sophie joins sus.lab at the Group for Sustainability and Technology as project manager primarily focusing on circular economy projects, focusing specifically on circularity in the building industry.
Sophie joined sus.lab at Prof. Volker Hoffmann's Group for Sustainability and Technology in June 2022 as a project manager primarily working on circular economy projects, focusing specifically on circularity in the building industry in the DownloadCBI Innovation Booster.vertical_align_bottom
Sophie completed a master’s degree in Sustainable Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She first joined SusTec in May 2021 for her master’s thesis on the integrated environmental and economic assessment of circular and linear furniture products under the TACLE project. Apart from her studies, she gained practical experiences during internships at the DownloadBASFvertical_align_bottom Applied Sustainability Department, DownloadFraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuitsvertical_align_bottom and the Institute for DownloadEcological Economy Research.vertical_align_bottom
In her free time, Sophie enjoys the outdoors hiking with friends and kite surfing.
