SusTec welcomes Anna Guenat as new project manager at sus.lab
Anna Guenat joined SusTec in December 2021 to work at sus.lab primarily on circular economy projects, focusing specifically on the reduction of packaging impact in retail.
She previously finished the ETH MSc in Food Science where her thesis focused on the conceptualization of a Switzerland-wide food waste monitoring system.
Prior to that, Anna worked for the start-up Planted in product development and the distribution of new plant-based food products. With her ambition to accelerate innovations, she is eager to tackle the challenges of packaging reduction and bridging the gaps between research and industry to support the implementation of impactful solutions for a more sustainable food system.
In her free time, Anna teaches fitness classes, dances contemporary, and enjoys good food and gardening.
