Welcome to SusTec Marius Schwarz
SusTec welcomes a new team member: Marius Schwarz has joined the group as our new PhD candidate. His research will focus on the diffusion of renewable energy technologies and its interaction with policy instruments.
On completion of his master’s thesis at our chair and a three-month trip to South America, Marius recently returned to our group as a new PhD candidate. His research will mainly focus on the diffusion of renewable energy technologies and its interaction with policy instruments. In his first project he analyses the transition pathways for distributed energy resources in dynamic mixes of policy instruments in California.
Marius holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and studied at the RWTH Aachen (Germany), Linköping University (Sweden), and ETH Zürich. Prior to joining SusTec, Marius gained work experience at Kienbaum Management Consultants in the Automotive Practice Group, at Accenture in the field of technology consultancy and at the student consultancy of the RWTH Aachen.
