Dr. Schmidt, Tobias

Since Dec 2011, Tobias Schmidt works as post-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Sustainability and Technology and serves as lecturer for ETH Zurich's Department of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences. Until recently, he also worked as part-time consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Environment & Energy Group. Tobias is a reviewer for several journals, such as Business & Society, Climatic Change, Climate Policy, Energy Policy and Environmental Economics & Policy Studies.

In his research, he analyzes the role of climate-relevant public policies in inducing low carbon technological change in the energy sector.
