Nils
Lehmann began his doctorate studies at Prof. Volker Hoffmann's
Chair of Sustainability and Technology at the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology, Zurich (ETH) in February 2009.
Nils studied mathematics with physics at the University of Hamburg (Germany), the University of Cambridge (UK) and McGill University (Canada). He holds an MSc in Mathematics from McGill University. During his studies he received a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation.
In 2006, Nils worked as a Winning the Oil Endgame intern for the Rocky Mountain Institute. He subsequently joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant from 2007 to 2009, focusing on cleantech/climate change related strategy work in the energy, logistics and automotive sector.
