Strong finish of SusTec team at SOLA 2017
With a total time of 9h 32min, the SusTec team successfully covered the running course of 116km finishing 219th overall.
In the fifth year having a pure SusTec team, the 14 runners successfully finished the 44th edition of the famous SOLA run in and around Zurich. The team managed to complete the hilly course of 116km with 2600m of elevation gain in 9 hours and 32 minutes (an average of 4:55 min per kilometer), missing the SusTec internal personal best from 2014 by only 4 min. This great performance resulted in a 219th overall rank out of almost 1000 teams, which was celebrated at the well-established after-race rooftop BBQ. Again, the run was huge fun - thanks to ASVZ for hosting this great event! Training for SOLA 2018 has already started...
