Erik Jentges is the new Educational Developer at D-MTEC!
Erik joined SusTec in March 2015 to help redesign the Corporate Sustainability Lecture. In the fall term, about 160 students learned about sustainability issues and their feedback indicated that the changes were a real improvement.
The new lecture format now includes a training of critical thinking skills in e-modules and four parallel tracks with flipped classrooms in which fascinating group work projects on key sustainability challenges were created. Students and the whole lecture team especially liked the instructive and fun group puzzle event at the end. With these achievements, we congratulate Erik to have become the department’s Educational Developer. And we are of course happy that he’ll be with SusTec for the next and improved version of the corporate sustainability lecture in 2016!
