Transitions and Policy Change: SPRU working paper
A recent study by Jochen Markard, Marco Suter and Karin Ingold on coalitions and policy change in the Swiss energy transition is now available as a working paper.
The paper presents a study on actors and coalitions in Swiss energy policy. It investigates how coalitions have changed and whether there are indications for major policy change. It finds that advocacy coalitions in Switzerland have largely remained stable despite the Fukushima shock. These findings are discussed drawing on the advocacy coalition framework.
